Terms of Service

    Last Updated: June 15, 2026

    1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of thejoshuajones.net, participation in programs offered through the Website, purchases made through our checkout pages, and communications you receive from us.

The Website is operated by Build Well Enterprise, referred to in these Terms as "Build Well Enterprise," "we," "us," or "our."

By using the Website, submitting an application, making a payment, checking an agreement box, enrolling in a program, or opting in to receive communications, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Website, submit payment, or enroll in our programs.

    2. Website and Services

We provide Christian teaching, discipleship programs, educational resources, ministry content, live and recorded sessions, books, events, prayer opportunities, email communications, and SMS communications.

Program descriptions, schedules, pricing, payment options, and included services may be displayed on the applicable program page or checkout page.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into a program. We may approve or decline applications at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

    3. Formed in Christ Program

Formed in Christ is an eight-month Christian discipleship and spiritual formation experience.

Depending on the applicable cohort, the program may include:

    • Monthly live teaching
    • Monthly cohort Zoom calls
    • One selected book or resource per month
    • Access to shared prayer rhythms
    • Guided reflection and assignments
    • Discipleship resources
    • Group discussion and ministry
    • An in-person gathering in Edmond, Oklahoma

Specific schedules, teachers, topics, books, meeting locations, formats, and activities may be changed when reasonably necessary.

    4. Program Price

The total price for the Formed in Christ program is $2,000, unless a different amount is clearly stated on the applicable checkout page.

    Available payment options may include:

    Deposit and Remaining Balance

    • $250 initial deposit
    • $1,750 remaining balance
    • $2,000 total program price

    Deposit and Payment Plan

    • $250 initial deposit
    • Seven monthly payments of $250
    • $2,000 total program price

The checkout page applicable to your purchase will control the exact amount and payment schedule you authorize.

    5. Deposit

The $250 deposit reserves your place in the applicable Formed in Christ cohort and is credited toward the total program price.

The deposit is nonrefundable except where required by law or when we cancel the entire program without offering a reasonable replacement, rescheduled program, or comparable alternative.

Paying the deposit does not eliminate your responsibility to pay the remaining program balance.

    6. Payment Plans

The Formed in Christ payment plan is an installment arrangement for the fixed program purchase. It is not a cancel-anytime monthly subscription.

When you select the payment plan, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method provided at checkout for the number, amount, and frequency of payments disclosed on the checkout page.

For the standard payment plan, this means seven monthly payments of $250 after the initial $250 deposit.

The payment plan automatically ends after all scheduled installments have been paid. It will not continue renewing indefinitely.

By enrolling in the payment plan, you agree to maintain a valid payment method and sufficient available funds or credit.

    7. Payment Authorization

By checking the checkout agreement box and submitting your order, you:

    • Authorize the stated one-time or recurring charges
    • Confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method
    • Agree to the payment schedule displayed at checkout
    • Agree to receive an electronic receipt and payment confirmation
    • Agree to notify us if your billing information changes

Your electronic acceptance has the same effect as a written signature to the extent permitted by applicable law.

    8. Failed Payments

If a scheduled payment is declined or fails, we or our payment processor may retry the payment and contact you for updated billing information.

If an account remains unpaid, we may:

    • Suspend access to live calls, resources, recordings, or community areas
    • Pause future book shipments
    • Decline access to the in-person gathering
    • Cancel future participation
    • Seek payment of amounts properly owed under the payment agreement

You remain responsible for valid outstanding payments unless we approve a different arrangement in writing.

    9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

The initial $250 deposit is nonrefundable except where required by law or as specifically stated in these Terms.

Before the applicable cohort begins, you may request cancellation in writing. At our discretion, payments made above the deposit may be refunded, less any books, materials, transaction costs, or nonrecoverable expenses already incurred for you.

Once the program begins, payments are generally nonrefundable.

Missing sessions, choosing not to participate, failing to complete assignments, scheduling conflicts, moving, changing churches, or deciding that the program is no longer a personal fit does not automatically create a right to a refund or cancel an existing installment obligation.

Any refund, credit, cancellation, or payment modification must be approved by us in writing.

Nothing in this section limits any nonwaivable rights provided by applicable law.

    10. Program Changes

    We may reasonably modify:

    • Meeting dates or times
    • Teachers or guest speakers
    • Books or resources
    • Curriculum order
    • Event venues
    • Online platforms
    • In-person activities
    • Program delivery methods

When a scheduled component cannot be delivered as originally planned, we may provide a rescheduled session, replacement resource, virtual session, substitute activity, or comparable alternative.

A reasonable program modification does not constitute cancellation of the entire program.

    11. Books and Shipping

Participants may be required to submit a complete shipping address during onboarding.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and notifying us of address changes before a shipment is processed.

We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by:

    • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
    • Failure to report an address change
    • Carrier delays
    • Weather
    • Theft after confirmed delivery
    • Events outside our reasonable control

Additional shipping or replacement charges may apply when a shipment must be replaced because incorrect information was provided.

We may substitute a selected book with a comparable resource when availability requires it.

    12. In-Person Gathering

The program may include an in-person gathering in Edmond, Oklahoma.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, the program price does not include:

    • Airfare
    • Hotels
    • Transportation
    • Meals
    • Parking
    • Travel insurance
    • Personal expenses
    • Expenses for spouses, guests, or family members

Participants are responsible for making and paying for their own travel arrangements.

The gathering date, itinerary, activities, locations, and third-party venue access may change due to availability, weather, health concerns, venue requirements, or circumstances outside our control.

We are not responsible for nonrefundable travel expenses incurred by participants.

    13. Attendance and Participation

You are responsible for keeping track of program communications, attending scheduled sessions, completing onboarding requirements, and participating in the program.

We do not guarantee that a missed live session will be repeated individually.

Recordings or replacement resources may be provided at our discretion but are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

    14. Community Conduct

Participants must treat instructors, staff, guests, and other participants respectfully.

    You may not:

    • Harass, threaten, or abuse another person
    • Disrupt sessions or group activities
    • Share private meeting links
    • Record sessions without authorization
    • Disclose another participant's personal information
    • Solicit participants for unrelated products or services without permission
    • Use program materials for unlawful or unauthorized commercial purposes

We may suspend or remove a participant whose conduct threatens the safety, privacy, integrity, or operation of the program.

Removal for serious misconduct does not automatically create a right to a refund.

    15. Confidentiality

Discipleship, ministry, prayer, and group discussions may involve sensitive personal information.

Participants agree not to publicly share another person's testimony, prayer request, personal history, contact information, or private statements without that person's permission.

Although participants are required to respect confidentiality, we cannot guarantee that every participant will comply. Use appropriate judgment when sharing sensitive information in a group setting.

    16. Recordings

Certain teaching sessions, Zoom calls, or program events may be recorded.

When reasonably possible, participants will be notified before or during a recorded session.

Program recordings may be made available to current participants for educational and discipleship purposes.

Attendance in a recorded session does not automatically grant us permission to use your identifiable image, voice, testimony, or personal story in public advertising. Separate permission may be requested for promotional use.

    17. Intellectual Property

Website content and program materials are owned by or licensed to Build Well Enterprise.

    Protected materials may include:

    • Videos
    • Teaching recordings
    • Written lessons
    • Workbooks
    • Guides
    • Graphics
    • Presentations
    • Program frameworks
    • Downloads
    • Logos and branding

You receive a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, and nontransferable right to use these materials for your own personal development.

You may not copy, sell, publish, upload, distribute, reproduce, teach, license, or commercially exploit the materials without written permission.

Meeting links, recordings, login credentials, and downloadable resources may not be shared with individuals who are not enrolled.

    18. No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee any particular spiritual, personal, emotional, relational, ministry, professional, financial, or health-related result.

Statements about transformation, growth, clarity, healing, maturity, leadership, or spiritual formation describe the purpose of the program and are not guarantees of an individual outcome.

Results vary based on personal participation, circumstances, decisions, attendance, application, effort, and factors outside our control.

Testimonials and previous participant experiences are individual examples and do not guarantee that another participant will receive the same result.

    19. Religious and Educational Disclaimer

Our content and programs are religious and educational in nature.

    They are not substitutes for:

    • Medical treatment
    • Mental-health treatment
    • Crisis intervention

    • Emergency services

You should consult an appropriately licensed professional regarding medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or safety concerns.

    • Onboarding instructions
    • Event updates
    • Ministry announcements
    • Promotional messages when separately authorized

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing a program unless the messages are reasonably necessary to deliver the purchased service.

    21. SMS Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.

You may reply HELP for assistance.

After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message. You will no longer receive promotional SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Opting out of SMS does not cancel your program enrollment, payment obligations, or other agreements with us.

    22. Email and Transactional Communications

By applying, enrolling, or purchasing, you agree to receive transactional communications reasonably necessary to administer your account or program participation.

These may include receipts, payment notices, schedule changes, access information, onboarding instructions, shipping notices, and important program updates.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails, but essential transactional communications may still be sent while you remain enrolled or have an active account.

    23. Privacy

Our collection, use, protection, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may use third-party service providers to operate the Website and deliver services, including payment processors, CRM providers, email providers, SMS providers, video platforms, analytics services, and shipping carriers.

    24. Third-Party Services

Our Website and programs may use or link to third-party services.

We are not responsible for the independent acts, policies, availability, security, or content of third-party providers.

Your use of a third-party service may also be governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy.

    25. Website Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or related systems
    • Introduce viruses or malicious code
    • Copy or scrape Website content without permission
    • Interfere with Website operation
    • Misrepresent your identity or payment authorization

We may restrict or terminate Website access when these Terms are violated.

    26. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website, content, and services are provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted Website access, error-free operation, uninterrupted message delivery, or that every third-party platform will remain continuously available.

    27. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Build Well Enterprise will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the Website, communications, program participation, travel, or third-party services.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to a purchased program will not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for that program.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

    28. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising lawful billing-dispute or consumer-protection rights.

    30. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any legal proceeding relating to these Terms must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Oklahoma, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

    31. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The "Last Updated" date will identify the most recent version.

Changes will apply prospectively after they are posted. Material changes affecting an existing payment agreement will not retroactively alter the payment terms accepted at checkout unless agreed to by both parties or permitted by law.

    32. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

    33. Entire Agreement

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, the applicable checkout disclosures, and any written program-specific agreement constitute the complete agreement between you and Build Well Enterprise regarding the applicable Website use, purchase, or program.

If a specific checkout disclosure conflicts with these general Terms, the specific checkout disclosure controls regarding that payment.
